 How do I know which size to order?

        If you are unsure of your size, please either shoot us an email     (support@revivetogether.com) or refer to the sizing chart below. We allow free exchanges for size & defects, under our 60 day warranty. 

What makes REVIVE bracelets different from competitor bracelets?

We are aware that there are multiple competitors selling bracelets similar to the REVIVE bracelet. However, the REVIVE bracelet is the first true luxury charging bracelet with an original design patent. 

Most of these competitors are branding generic USB bracelets that can be purchased from wholesale sites such as Alibaba or Aliexpress. Our REVIVE bracelets were carefully designed from the ground up through multiple iterations of prototyping and development in order to create a bracelet that is not only aesthetically pleasing, but also offers superior functionality. 

Are REVIVE bracelets MFi certified?

MFi certification is Apple's attempt to benefit from 3rd party distributors. The MFi certification is not necessary & lacking it does not mean that the quality is lesser than Apple's standard lightning cables. 

Our lightning cables have been tested and used in the market for years and have shown very exceptional results in durability and functionality.

In addition, we offer a 60 day guarantee on all REVIVE bracelets. If you do have any issues with your bracelet, shoot us an email and we'll be sure to find a resolution as soon as possible. (support@revivetogether.com)

Do you ship worldwide?

We do ship worldwide. Shipping internationally is currently offered in three options 

- USPS First Class International (6-10 business days) - $20 -This is our cheapest method of international shipping, however, it does not include door to door tracking once it leaves the U.S. 

- USPS Priority International (5-8 business days) - $30 - Address validation & tracking available for specific countries. This option is the cheapest priority option & 

- FedEx International Express (3-7 business days) - $125 - Full tracking door to door. This option is the most expensive, but the quickest and most secure.

Does REVIVE offer any bracelets that double as USB-C or microUSB cables?
Currently, REVIVE bracelets are available for iPhone, USB-C, and Android (Micro-USB). 
Are DUTY and VAT charges covered for international orders?
International customers are responsible for covering the DUTY and VAT charges.
How do I return/exchange my REVIVE Project purchase?
Shoot us an email (support@revivetogether.com). Please let us know if you are exchanging or returning. As long as it's within the 60 day policy, we've got you covered. 
Are REVIVE Project bracelets waterproof?
We say that our bracelets are "water resistant." Water resistant meaning that the bracelets can be exposed to a small amount of liquid without expecting any noticeable damage. We suggest that if water or any other liquids are exposed to the bracelet, to let it dry before inserting it into your device. We are not responsible for water-damaged devices.
